We will never request information about you or your account(s) through email or texts.  Never release confidential information such as account numbers, debit card numbers, etc. through email or text.

 

 

Safety Tips when using Mobile Banking:

  • Install updates to your mobile device and apps regularly
  • Password protect your mobile device
  • Avoid using unsecured Wi-Fi
  • Remove our Mobile Banking App if you trade in or sell your mobile device
  • If your mobile device is lost or stolen, contact us immediately.
  • For additional security, add a PIN from within the app and/or use finger print recognition on your mobile device

Other Safety Tips to Keep your Information Secure:

  • Do not share personal information over the phone, through the mail, or Internet unless you initiated the contact or know the person you are dealing with.  Never give your information out in response to unsolicited requests
  • Remember, your financial institution will have your social security number, account number(s), debit card number and will not solicit such information
  • Never open emails or attachments from unknown sources
  • Keep usernames, passwords and PINs secure and do not share with others
  • Keep software and operating systems up to date
