How to apply for Online Banking:

Apply for Online Banking by selecting Register under the login credentials for online banking located at the top right of any page.  This will take you to our online banking application.  Make sure that you have all account numbers available that you wish to access as well as your driver’s license information.

Once you have been registered you will receive an approval email with a link to enter your invite answer.  This will be your last name plus the last 4 digits of your social security number.

 

Bill Pay

Safe, fast and secure way of paying your bills online.  This is available once you have set up online banking with Auburn Bank.

How to register for online statements:

Login to your online banking from our webpage.  Select the account you wish to view online and select statements.  Fill out the necessary information in the form provided and accept agreement.

 

Online Banking Security:

Auburn Bank uses 128-bit encryption which is the highest available to secure your information.  Please keep your user ID and password private for your protection.  You will be prompted every 90 days to change your password for additional security.

Should you need help with your online services you can call either of our locations Monday –Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST at 270-542-4185 or 270-725-9999.  After hours support is available for Bill Pay e-Plus customers Monday – Friday at 1-877-434-4729.
