To obtain account information from our ABC Line, you must change your personal identification number (PIN) through the phone line first.  Your initial ABC Line PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.  You will be asked to change it to a new 4-digit PIN.  Have your account numbers ready to access your information.
